Ashish Mohan
Chairman & Managing DirectorAshish Mohan is the visionary founder of Apexa Ventures, a Vadodara-based enterprise specializing in waterproofing solutions, building repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting, and construction-related services. With over three decades of experience since 1990, initially with founding “Chemicoats India” later rebranding to Apexa Ventures, Ashish Mohan has cultivated a reputation for excellence in diverse areas such as pre-engineered structures, structural glass cleaning, wastewater management, ACP panel installation, and water tank maintenance.
His professional journey includes significant tenures at esteemed organizations like Pidilite Industries (Roffe Division, Mumbai), STP Ltd. and Saint-Gobain International, where he honed his expertise in construction chemicals and materials. Notably, Ashish Mohan served as the Project/Site Manager for the Dubai International Airport project, overseeing large-scale waterproofing, civil, and interior works .
Under his leadership, in his previous firm he successfully executed over 500 international projects focusing on waterproofing, civil, and interior works, in addition to more than 4,000 projects across India. His robust portfolio and commitment to quality have solidified Apexa’s presence in the industrial real estate sector.

Dushyant’s diverse background spans entrepreneurial leadership, marketing, business development, and software engineering. His experience includes launching a successful e-commerce venture, cultivating client relationships at RYZE, and completing technical internships in software development. This unique combination of skills enables him to lead effectively in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
